As a TECHNICIEN INJECTION H/F in 2*8 shifts, reporting to the team leader, you maintain the injection process of each press to produce parts with the required quality, safety and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Setting and controlling production parameters.
• Adjusting machines during production.
• Diagnosing machine faults and first-level maintenance.
• Verifying conformity of first parts produced for production launch, cleaning molds on presses, and restarting production.
• Starting up and stopping the workshop.
• Using OEE, SAP, and GMAO software, recording production results, material consumption, interventions on presses, molds, and packaging machines.
• Commissioning all machines.
• Proposing technical improvements.
• Replacing the team leader.

Your profile:

• BTS / BAC Pro Plastique et Composites or professional experience (minimum 3 years) in plastic injection in a similar role.
