Job title: Technicien de maintenance niveau 2 F/H
As a Niveau 2 Maintenance Technician F/H, you will support on-site maintenance of our automated machines and retail solutions. You will diagnose, repair (level 1 and 2), replace defective parts, and ensure software updates and proper configuration. You will work autonomously within your geographic zone, ensuring timely service in accordance with contractual commitments.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and perform Level 1 and 2 troubleshooting on automation systems and retail solutions.
- Replace defective parts or modules.
- Manage spare parts inventory in your service vehicle.
- Procure consumables and reload ATMs when needed during interventions.
- Update software on banking automats.
- Install, configure and commission new equipment.
- Track interventions administratively (technical documents, reports, etc.).
