Job title: Technicien de maintenance N2 H/F
About the Role Based in Saint-Lô, France, you will join Brink's field operations as a Level 2 maintenance technician for our automates and retail solutions. You will diagnose, repair and maintain equipment, manage spare parts stock in your service vehicle, and ensure software updates and proper commissioning.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and perform Level 1 and 2 troubleshooting on automated systems and retail solutions.
- Replace defective parts or modules.
- Manage spare parts stock in your service vehicle.
- Provide consumables and load ATMs as needed during interventions.
- Update software of banking ATMs.
- Install, configure and commission new equipment.
- Handle administrative follow-up (technical documents, reports).
- Check and verify proper functioning of equipment.
- Equip safes with specific locks.
- Escalate complex issues to the support teams.
- Interventions within assigned geographic area; on-call shifts on Sundays and public holidays may be required per contract.
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Level 2 maintenance technician in field operations.
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills for automation and retail solutions.
- Ability to manage stock of spare parts in a service vehicle and handle consumables.
- Experience updating ATM software and installing/configuring/commissioning new equipment.
- Ability to work autonomously with rigor and meet contractual timelines.
- Willingness to operate in the assigned geographic area and to be on-call as needed.
- Good administrative skills and ability to document interventions (technical reports, etc.).
