About this role

Job title: Technicien de maintenance H/F

Join Tarkett Sports in Auchel as a Technicien de maintenance H/F. In the wake of a retirement, you will install, commission, and maintain industrial equipment, perform settings, test operation, and diagnose issues to ensure reliable production and shop floor performance. You will also act as a technical reference in electromechanics (electricity, mechanics, pneumatics, and automation) and support customers with tool and equipment onboarding.

What You'll Do

  • Install and commissioning of equipment
  • Assemble industrial and operating equipment
  • Perform adjustments and tuning of equipment
  • Verify proper operation before commissioning
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Maintain preventive maintenance of equipment and infrastructures
  • Diagnose faults on production or exploitation installations
  • Determine technical solutions and conditions of repair
  • Identify defective components and parts
  • Repair, inspect and test defective elements before returning to service
  • Provide technical support and expertise
  • Assist clients during onboarding of tools or equipment
  • Be a technical reference in electromechanics: electricity, mechanics, pneumatics and automation
  • Monitor interventions and manage documentation
  • Record interventions in tracking software and communicate information to relevant services
  • Prepare fire permits related to interventions
  • Safety and environmental work
  • Ensure compliance with the prevention plan during interventions of external companies
  • Maintain equipment, workshop and workstation
  • Perform all missions in accordance with the company’s safety rules

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in industrial maintenance including installation, commissioning and preventive/corrective maintenance
  • Strong electromechanical skills across electricity, mechanics, pneumatics and automation
  • Ability to diagnose faults and propose technical solutions
  • Experience using intervention tracking software and documenting information
  • Customer-facing support and training on tools/equipment
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to prevention plans; ability to work in a team
