About the Role Technicien de laboratoire valorisation et énergies H/F will be responsible for analyzing samples and reporting results within client deadlines, following current methods, procedures, and safety guidelines, under the supervision of the Laboratory Manager. Based in Lyon, you will join a team of six and contribute to valorisation of organic and energy recovery from waste. What You'll Do
- Prepare samples as required according to current methods
- Analyze samples
- Process results and store in the LIMS
- Participate in method development and contribute to proper workflow and organization
- Collaborate with supervisor to implement new analytical methods, improve existing ones, and validate method quality
- Manage analysis deadlines in accordance with client requests
- Identify, perform maintenance on analytical instruments, and manage consumables stock
- Participate in training and qualification of lab personnel when experienced What We're Looking For
- Bac+2 in Chemistry (Technicien/ technicienne)
- 1-2 years of experience in a laboratory with analytical instruments (maintenance included)
- Savoir-faire: laboratory manipulation techniques; analytical techniques for environmental chemistry equipment; ability to operate, maintain and interpret results; familiarity with LIMS
- Proficiency with computer tools and instrument software, including Excel/Sheets
- Savoir-être: engaged, pragmatic, organized, autonomous, reliable, capable of anticipating needs Nice to Have
- Experience in developing new analytical methods in collaboration with supervisor
- Method validation and quality assurance experience
- Experience training or mentoring laboratory staff Compensation & Benefits
