Technicians (Plumbers, Electricians, Carpenters & Painters)

Ìsimi Lagos is seeking skilled and dedicated Technicians to support the maintenance and operation of our world-class Wellness & Polo Country Estate. If you are passionate about quality workmanship and ensuring facilities remain in excellent condition, we'd love to hear from you. This is a full-time role based in Ìsimi Lagos, Epe, Lagos, Nigeria, with opportunities to grow within a premium lifestyle destination.

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance across the estate.

• Diagnose and repair faults related to your area of specialization.

• Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs.

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.

• Collaborate with the Facilities team on maintenance and improvement projects.

• Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and operational standards.

• Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in your trade.

• Trade Test Certificate, Technical Certification, or an equivalent qualification is an advantage.

• Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings where applicable.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Previous experience in hospitality, estates, resorts, or large facilities is an added advantage.
