About the Role Volt is immediately hiring a Technician in Fremont, CA. This is a full-time - temp to hire opportunity. The role supports assembly tasks in a controlled environment manufacturing facility and requires adhering to safety and 5S practices. What You'll Do
- Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, etc.
- Perform jobs/tasks as assigned
- Work in a safe manner and inform leader of any unsafe or hazardous condition or practice
- Attend all task training and safety meetings as required
- Keep workstation in a neat and tidy condition conforming to established 5S work practices
- Check that workstation has all required tools/consumables/fixtures/parts and inform leader of any issues or missing material
- Perform other duties as assigned by leader or Supervisor What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma
- Able to read/write English language
- RMA / Assembly Experience
- Capable to lift 30-50 lb
- Controlled environment manufacturing facility
- Class 10K Cleanroom Compensation & Benefits
- Pay rate: $18.00-$25.00 per hour DOE
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:10pm PST
