Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, utilizing diagnostic tools and techniques.
• Collaborate with team members to implement effective solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
• Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment or systems as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standards during all technical operations.
• Provide training and support to junior technicians and operational staff as required.
• Remain updated on industry developments and emerging technologies related to equipment maintenance.

Requirements

• Recognized qualification in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrable experience in equipment maintenance and technical troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with specific technologies or equipment relevant to our industry.
• Certification in equipment repair or advanced technical skills.
• Familiarity with industry-standard safety practices and regulations.
• Additional qualifications in related areas (e.g., electrical or electronic systems).
