Job title: Technician Operator

About the Role As a Technician Operator based in Chachoengsao, Thailand, you will play a meaningful role in ensuring product quality and safety by performing basic production tasks under defined standards and SOPs. You will report to the Line Leader and contribute to manufacturing operations and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

• Learn and master technical skills; demonstrate the ability to acquire new knowledge.
• Perform required work to defined expectations, including part exchanges during maintenance and changeovers, process adjustments under guidance, qualified troubleshooting, and Kaizen to reduce losses; implement CIL as needed.
• Qualify on-line QC skill blocks.
• Independently implement team-level system work.
• Participate in shift-change team meetings and IWS small-group activities (AM activity and loss reduction).
• Follow GMP standards, Safe Practices and SOPs when working.
• Use E-system to handle individual data (e-learning).
• Own one equipment/DMS asset.
• Ensure the product meets P&G standards and planned volume.
• Attend end-of-shift meetings and update daily results in the scorecard.
• Maintain the area to meet GMP, QAC, and 5S standards; perform BO&F audits and operate packing line with safe behavior.
• Understand and follow SOP, JSA and Safe practices.
• Build AM/PM capability and develop CIL/Maintenance standards.
• Implement CIL and PM tasks on your machine and update the CIL tracking sheet/PM plan.
• Develop capability in failure analysis, Why-Why analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Be an expert with deep technical mastery of your machine.
• Develop procedures/DMS/tracking systems to get and maintain the result.

What We're Looking For

• A high vocational or bachelor’s degree in Technical, Operation, Production, Electrical Power, Electronics or related fields.
• Must have safety in mind.
• Strong logical problem solving and operational excellence skills.
• Ability to work effectively with others and under pressure.
• Willingness to work on shift at Bangna-Trad highway km.36.
