About the Role FutureStarter at ZF Slovakia as Technician of the machines, focusing on maintenance and technical support to ensure reliable operation, high efficiency, and minimal downtime of production equipment. You will collaborate with manufacturing, optimize TPM/preventive maintenance, and support long-term production efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical support to the selected department.
- Provide technical assistance to operational maintenance.
- Propose solutions to improve intervention efficiency.
- Create documentation for TPM and preventive maintenance.
- Optimize the machine maintenance plan to support long-term production efficiency.
- Coordinate installation and relocation of machines.
- Manage the schedule for dedicated equipment according to regulatory and technical standards.
- Collaborate with production to resolve technical problems.
- Report recurrent faults and propose technical improvements.
- Monitor spare parts stock.
- Maintain equipment documentation.
What We're Looking For
- Education: secondary or higher education in mechanical/technical or electrical engineering fields.
- Experience in mechanical and assembly manufacturing.
- Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Driving license B.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems independently.
- English language (written and spoken).
- IT skills: Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Nice to have: Certification under Decree 508/2010 Z.z., § 22 or 23.
- Nice to have: SAP PM module knowledge.

Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly gross salary from €2,030 (including base pay, bonuses, and premiums).
