Job Description
- Under the general guidance and supervision of the Maintenance Manager, and within the limits established by ACCOR Hotels Corporate/maintenance policies and procedures.
- To be responsible and directs all aspects of maintenance policies and procedures.
- To ensure the properties and interests of the Hotel's guest and employees are safeguard against loss, damages or another toward incident.
- In the event of emergency, to make immediate action as required under the Hotel's standing regulations and to notify the management immediately of the action taken.
- To track and optimizes energy consumption, implement and follow up the preventive maintenance program and to guarantees a high standard of equipment maintenance.
- Responsible for the technical smooth running and maintenance of the hotel's installation and to coordinate as well as to manage the regulatory procedures and to follow up processes.
Qualifications
- Possess at least Professional Certification and specialized in Maintenance.
- To be conversational fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
