About this role
A one-paragraph overview: SailPoint is seeking a self-starting, detail-oriented Technical Writer in Pune, India to join our SaaS documentation team. You will create online IT administrator documentation, knowledge-base style articles, and in-app labels and messages to help our users succeed in real time. You will collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, DevOps, QA, Professional Services, and Support in a dynamic, continuous delivery environment, and you should be comfortable digging for answers as needed.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with other technical writers and project managers to define scope, size, and priority of tasks to ensure timely delivery of all documentation products
- -Test documentation prior to publishing and maintain it as needed
- Meet dynamic timelines associated with documentation for continuous deployment
