Technical Writer
We are looking for a Technical Writer / Training Specialist to support the development of learning materials and deliver effective instruction for a utility billing platform. The ideal person will combine strong facilitation skills with the ability to translate system processes into easy-to-follow guides and engaging training experiences.
Responsibilities

Conduct stakeholder interviews and gather training requirements

Create user guides, job aids, process documentation, and training materials

Develop customer-facing instructions for the billing portal

Deliver live, onsite training sessions to groups

Collaborate with internal teams on instructional videos and communications

Support training and user readiness throughout implementation

3+ years of technical or systems training experience

Experience with utility billing systems, customer information systems, or technical applications

Direct VertexOne experience is highly preferred

Strong writing, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Word and PDF documentation

SharePoint experience is preferred
