The Technical Underwriting Manager plays a critical role in shaping underwriting excellence, ensuring adherence to technical standards, and driving continuous improvement across the portfolio. Reinsurance management oversees the purchase of reinsurance including internal treaty arrangements with Group and manages external facultative reinsurance purchases across the Business Unit ensuring coverage adequacy and optimization.
