About the Role As a FutureStarter Technical Trainer at ZF, you will deliver technical training across formats, keep curricula current with product releases, and help internal and external customers understand ZF’s features and functionality. This remote role supports electric vehicle training and collaboration with multiple teams to advance mobility solutions. What You'll Do
- Deliver training in instructor-led, webinars, video, and e-learning formats.
- Develop and maintain training content for in-person, online training, e-learning modules, and videos.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify ongoing training needs and creative delivery methods.
- Provide product expertise to internal and external customers, enabling a comprehensive understanding of ZF’s features and functionality.
- Handle warranty processing and customer resolution related to training topics.
- Develop training curricula and training videos.
- Stay current on industry trends and related technology.
- Effectively manage training projects and issues as necessary.
- Deliver EV training per industry standards.
- Participate in ASE industry events. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of technical product training experience
- Experience delivering training in formats including instructor-led, webinars, video and e-learning
- Ability to develop and maintain training content for multiple delivery formats
- Strong product knowledge and customer-facing skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams Nice to Have
- Experience with electric vehicle training per industry standards (EV)
