Technical Trainer
We are seeking a Technical Trainer to support the skill development of our production teams. The job incumbent will be responsible for preparing and delivering clear, structured, and adapted training content to meet the operational needs of the production departments. Working closely with various internal teams, the Technical Trainer will be responsible for anticipating changes, gathering information, and adapting the content of the technical training program to ensure our employees are equipped with a high level of understanding of our processes and able to apply their learning to their role.
Main Responsibilities
- Design, update, and deliver technical training to technical and production employees.
- Analyze and anticipate learning needs and propose training curriculums.
