Job Description
- Conduct training on C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, Web API, SQL Server, Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Plan and deliver structured training sessions, coding exercises, and practical projects.
- Explain technical concepts clearly to trainees using good communication and presentation skills.
- Prepare coding assignments and assessments to evaluate trainees' knowledge.
- Assign daily tasks, review submissions, and provide feedback.
- Monitor trainee attendance, progress, performance, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and maintain training materials, sample applications, and technical documents.
- Provide individual mentoring and guidance to trainees.
- Ensure completion of training modules within the planned schedule.
- Conduct internal product and technology training when required.
- Prior experience in technical training or mentoring is preferred.
