This Technical Trainee role is an entry-level program for school leavers and OND graduates to develop practical technical skills across Oilserv’s core operations through hands-on training and supervised work.
Training areas:
- Welding
- Fitting
- Rigging
- Equipment maintenance
- Operation of heavy-duty equipment
Requirements
- School leavers and OND (Ordinary National Diploma) graduates are the target candidates
- Highlight technical education and any practical skills
- Mechanical or equipment experience is relevant
- Relevant hands-on training that demonstrates readiness for technical work
