About the Role This role sits in Roche's Regional Customer Support Center (RCSC) in Central Europe, focusing on Czech and/or Slovak-speaking technical support for high-end IVD systems. You will act as an engineering and application consultant, safeguarding diagnostic accuracy, and you will join a world-class training program. The position is hybrid, with in-office days required on average two days per week, and can be based in Warsaw, Prague, or Bratislava. What You'll Do
- Provide technical support and application consultancy for high-end IVD systems, serving as the "guardian" of diagnostic accuracy.
- Work with robotics, complex biochemistry, and IT components embedded in advanced diagnostic instruments.
- Participate in an intensive, world-class training program and pursue continuous growth.
- Demonstrate a proactive, agile mindset; help prevent issues using digital twins and remote diagnostic tools.
- Collaborate with the Regional Customer Support Center and align with the hybrid work model (office days may vary due to workshops, conferences, and meetings). What We're Looking For
- Degree in Engineering, IT, Biochemistry, Lab Diagnostics or equivalent.
- Native or C1/C2 proficiency in Czech and/or Slovak; strong English.
- A detective’s mind for troubleshooting and solving problems. Nice to Have
- Experience with IVD systems, robotics, or lab diagnostics.
- Familiarity with digital twins and remote diagnostic tools.
