Technical Support Officer - Data Services
Location: Makurdi, Benue
Key Responsibilities

Handle customer complaints relating to data services and connectivity.

Troubleshoot internet and connectivity problems.

Assist customers with service activation, configuration, and technical issues.

Monitor and escalate unresolved technical problems.
-
Work with service providers and technical teams to resolve customer issues.

Basic Requirements
-
OND, HND, B.Sc Degree in Computer Science, ICT, Telecommunications, or related field.

Basic understanding of internet connectivity and networking.
-
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work under pressure.
General Requirements:

Permanent voter's card (PVC)

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision.

Good computer and digital literacy.
