Job Summary
As the Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining industrial printing and power systems while delivering technical support to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and maintain industrial printing and power systems.
- Diagnose and resolve technical faults while providing customer support.
- Supervise installation activities and ensure compliance with technical standards.
- Prepare technical reports and mentor junior technical personnel.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in Industrial Prepress, Industrial Printing, or Power System Automation.
- Strong knowledge of equipment installation, electrical systems, and preventive maintenance.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills.
