About the Role Microsoft Azure VM technical support engineer role focused on Azure Virtual Machines. What You'll Do
- Provide technical support for Azure VM issues and incidents.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and partner teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer problems.
- Troubleshoot deployment, scaling, networking, and performance issues in Azure VM environments. What We're Looking For
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Virtual Machines and related services.
- Strong Windows and/or Linux administration experience; knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, CLI) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills; ability to work with global customers. Nice to Have
- Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-303/304) or equivalent.
- Scripting and automation experience; familiarity with ARM templates, PowerShell, Bash.
