Technical Success Manager - Marqeta
We’re looking for a Technical Success Manager to join our Implementation team and play a critical role in delivering Marqeta’s cutting-edge card issuing and payments platform to new customers. You’ll lead the technical onboarding of standardized products, support customers through implementation, and become a trusted voice both internally and externally. This role blends product expertise, customer advocacy, and a collaborative mindset to drive long-term client success and improve our implementation practices. If you’re motivated by building strong customer relationships, solving technical problems, and contributing to team growth, this could be the role for you.
We work Flexible First. This role can be performed remotely anywhere within Ontario or British Columbia, Canada. We’d love for you to join us!
