About the Role The Technical Studies Adjunct Instructor is a part-time position at Liberty University, teaching plumbing using the NCCER curriculum. The role involves classroom and lab instruction with hands-on activities designed to prepare students for a career in the Plumbing field, at an off-campus site in Altavista, VA. Instructors must maintain communication with students and model LU's mission and values.

What We're Looking For
- Minimum of four years of field experience and a journeyman plumbing license (residential and commercial work)
- Industry-recognized licenses or certifications; college degree preferred
- Strong communication and comprehension abilities; proficient in English
- Excellent organizational skills and computer skills
- Problem solving ability; able to reason, analyze, and apply judgement to routine and complex issues
- Physical and sensory requirements: travel may be required; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; regular standing, walking, etc.
