Job Description
The position is responsible for the design, development, and integration of analog circuit blocks for Flash-IP and/or memBrain IP, which uses an analog compute-in-memory (CIM) approach based on SuperFlash technology to handle vector matrix multiplication for neural networks, enabling ultra-low-power AI inference at the edge and in data centers. Key duties include simulating and validating analog circuit blocks and Flash-IP macros to ensure all technical deliverables meet performance, quality, and reliability. The role requires close coordination with engineers from design, technology, process, and testing departments to facilitate effective collaboration and project delivery.
