Technical Site Architect

Salary: ₦400,000 @ net (Negotiable based on experience)
Our client, a leading construction company, is seeking an experienced Technical Site Architect to support the delivery of high-end residential and commercial developments. This role is focused on technical coordination, construction documentation, and site execution, ensuring architectural drawings are accurate, coordinated across disciplines, and successfully implemented during construction.

Responsibilities
- Review and coordinate architectural drawings for constructability and technical accuracy. Identify and resolve design errors, omissions, and clashes before construction. Update and revise drawings based on site conditions and management instructions. Ensure that the architectural design intent is fully achieved during construction. Coordinate architectural drawings with Structural, MEP, Interior Design, and other disciplines.
