About the Role A Technical SETA provides independent, objective systems engineering and technical expertise to government program offices, ensuring programs are planned, designed, and executed effectively. This role supports the government as a trusted advisor rather than a contractor developing deliverables, focusing on technical rigor, acquisition support, and mission alignment. What You'll Do
- Provide unbiased systems engineering expertise across the full system lifecycle, including concept development, architecture design, integration, testing, deployment, and sustainment.
- Review, analyze, and validate contractor technical deliverables, ensuring compliance with requirements, standards, and mission. What We're Looking For
- Experience delivering independent, objective systems engineering to government programs; ability to act as a trusted advisor with focus on technical rigor, acquisition support, and mission alignment.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to review contractor deliverables for compliance with requirements and standards.
- Active Top Secret SCI clearance with polygraph.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% and work onsite in Bethesda, MD.
- Ability to operate in high-security environments and communicate effectively with government program offices.
