About the Role Be part of the Technical Service team on site in Puteaux, France. This role provides high-quality technical support for maritime systems, including commissioning, diagnostics, fault analysis and repair activities, and involves training clients and service partners to ensure the smooth operation of systems, on site and remotely. What You'll Do
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical and electronic faults in ZF systems
- Conduct diagnostics using specialized tools and equipment
- Participate in commissioning, repairs and refurbishment campaigns
- Plan and track availability of resources and equipment for external interventions
- Manage warranty requests and process them via dedicated portals
- Provide client support, including via hotline
- Organize and deliver technical training for clients and partners
- Prepare service documentation, spare parts lists and maintenance instructions What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of marine transmissions
- Strong technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical or marine systems
- Excellent teamwork and customer focus
- Very good communication and listening skills, with ability to adapt to different interlocutors
- Proven experience collaborating with internal teams, external partners and international clients
- Flexibility, high motivation and willingness to travel frequently
- Professional command of technical French and good level of English
