About the Role Technical Security Manager within Capgemini's Cybersecurity Unit helps clients understand and control the technical aspects of their cybersecurity risk. The role combines technical depth with business perspective, collaborating with CISOs, directors and management. While the daily work isn't purely technical, your background gives you a unique security viewpoint. What You'll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Lead and develop a team of technical consultants and support their professional development.
- Participate in (or lead) risk analyses.
- Facilitate threat modelling workshops using your technical background.
- Work with frameworks such as ISO 27001, DORA or NIS2.
- Work directly with clients, individually or as part of a team.
- Participate in RFP processes and procurements. What We're Looking For
- More than 5 years of experience in at least one technical domain (e.g., software development, networking, or OT)
- Knowledge of standards/frameworks such as ISO 27001, IEC 62443 or NIS2
- Experience with business development or sales
- Security management certifications such as CISSP, CISM or CISA
- Excellent written and spoken communication in Dutch and English
- Fast learner who stays up-to-date with developments Nice to Have
- Experience managing client engagements with C-suite stakeholders
- Familiarity with international collaboration and working in diverse teams Compensation & Benefits
