About the Role ANDRITZ is seeking a self-motivated Technical Sales Engineer to support the PKP Service in the Wood Yard, based in Oldsmar, FL. This role combines sales support with project coordination, helping ensure successful service and contract activities for our customers. What You'll Do
- Generate SAP quote numbers and electronic folders for Spare Parts, Field Service, and Service Contract customer quotes.
- Answer calls/emails about contracts, Caps issues, Service, invoice questions, shipment questions, consignment.
- Prepare and distribute quotes to the customer.
- Prepare completed orders for customer invoicing.
- Audit all orders to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to entering order.
- Enter and acknowledge sales orders in SAP.
- Generate and track purchase requisitions for project purchasing from request forms provided by Project Managers.
- Maintain both hard file and electronic file for all projects, field service orders, service contracts, and off-site inventory.
- Schedule and report activities/jobs of the representatives on a weekly schedule.
- Work closely with management on potential problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist Project Managers in maintaining customer account, project scopes, contract renewals and account maintenance needs.
- Along with Controller and other Project Controllers work on policies, procedures and training for sales and service staff and needed.
- Assist with various project accounting functions.
- Travel (2-3 trips per year within US). What We're Looking For
- Two+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or accounting.
- BA/BS Required. Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance preferred, but not required.
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook. Familiarity with SAP or other ERP is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills and ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks in an efficient and professional manner.
- Perform moderately complex tasks requiring a fundamental knowledge of the Company’s products and services.
- Mechanical background preferred.
- Travel (2-3 trips per year) within US. Nice to Have
- SAP or ERP familiarity is a plus.
