About the Role As a Technical Sales Engineer at Volvo Trucks, you will sit at the intersection of sales, engineering, production, and product development to help customers find the right truck solution for their operations. You will influence customer adaptations, vehicle specifications, and future product improvements, contributing to sustainable transport on a global scale. What You'll Do
- Support sales organizations, dealers, and market companies with technical expertise across the Volvo Trucks product portfolio.
- Design customized truck solutions that meet specific customer and operational requirements.
- Perform feasibility studies, technical investigations, and cost quotations.
- Drive customer adaptation solutions in collaboration with engineering, product development, production sites, and bodybuilders.
- Ensure that proposed solutions are compliant, feasible, profitable, and aligned with Volvo Trucks standards.
- Contribute to concept development that reduces lead times, increases flexibility, and improves customer value.
