What you’ll do

Executes sales plans and strategy in line with SBU and sustainability strategy to maintain and develop existing and acquire new customers.

Develops and executes action plan for each customer based on customer roadmap to enhance loyalty and long-term partnership.

Delivers sales and distribution targets (KPO SG and PC % / GP %) in territory / at defined account.

Builds and maintains strong relationships with customers, develops customer centric initiatives & implements their feedback

Communicates with KAM / Sales team on specific customers tasks and priorities & monitors customer activities, pricing positioning

Coordinates with technical customer service to conduct line trials, (re)solves customer requests and complaints Executes pricing and promotional actions

Executes KAM strategy (listing, promotions)

Manages and/ or steers distributor salesforce / 3rd Party Representation

Ensures execution in excellence at point of sales; ensures merchandising and brand representation in stores / salons

Conducts field, market, jobsite or store visits; follows up on store implementation/promotion, in-store stock levels, identifies gaps

Coordinates education implementation and sales impact with technical advisors

Takes and processes customer orders; negotiates customer agreements; carries out admin tasks related to reporting and contract mgmt Steers the overdue payments, blocks orders if needed & leverage CRM tools, data analytics, and automation to enhance sales performance

What makes you a good fit
-
Bachelor of Science degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, PE accreditation highly desirable.

3+ years’ experience as a Consulting Engineer in structural engineering environment.

A genuine interest in learning to sell and serving clients.

Competitive and achievement oriented. Self-motivated and a self-starter.

Trainable & coachable in professional selling techniques.

Client focused and strong structural engineering background.
-
Ability to work with presentation software. Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) required. Up to 50% travel by automobile and airplane required.

The salary range for this role is $100,000.00 and $130,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
