About this role
What you will do:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Build and manage a local recruitment team, including freelance recruiters and sourcing specialists as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations team to understand hiring needs and translate them into effective recruitment strategies. What is required: -3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in high-volume or international settings. Based in Nigeria with deep knowledge of the local labor market and talent pools.
