About the Role Your role will be to assist and support the searches to fill our positions. You would be in contact with our internal account managers to understand the requirements coming from our customers.
What You'll Do
- Assist and support searches to fill open positions for the ISAD Group.
- Coordinate with internal account managers to understand client requirements.
- Facilitate sourcing and candidate communication to help fill roles using ISAD Group processes.
What We're Looking For
- Good listener and great team player.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both written and spoken).
- High energy and ambition; previous recruiting experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fully remote environment and manage multiple searches.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: 50,000 - 90,000 USD per year for a full-time role (depends on experience).
