Job title: Technical Recruiter (AI & Strategic Hiring) (Contract)
About the Role Salesforce seeks an experienced Technical Recruiter to support its Agentforce and AI organization on a 6-month contract. This role partners closely with hiring leaders to identify, engage, and hire senior customer-facing technical leaders across AI strategy, solution architecture, customer transformation, and enterprise technology. The position is Hybrid, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in-office.
What You'll Do
- Recruit and hire senior technical talent including Strategic Builders, AI Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects, Technical Consultants, and Technical Advisors.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract passive talent from leading technology, cloud, consulting, and enterprise software organizations.
- Serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring leaders by providing market insights, pipeline updates, and hiring recommendations.
- Navigate ambiguity and translate evolving business priorities into scalable recruiting strategies.
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience while driving successful hiring outcomes through a data-driven approach.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of recruiting experience (agency and/or in-house) hiring technical talent within enterprise software, cloud, AI, consulting, or professional services organizations.
- Proven success recruiting for complex, customer-facing technical roles such as Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects, Technical Consultants, Professional Services Leaders, and AI Consultants.
- Ability to partner with hiring leaders to build diverse pipelines and attract top talent that helps customers realize value from Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Salesforce AI solutions.
