The Property and Technical Officer play a dual role as both a technical specialist and a customer relations anchor during the critical transition phase of a residential building. - Review and process technical fit-out or renovation plans submitted by unit owners, ensuring they align with the building's structural and MEP limitations.
- Issue work permits to owners' private contractors and monitor compliance with construction guidelines, noise levels, and debris management.
- Coordinate the logistics for owner move-ins, including elevator scheduling and protection of common areas.
- Maintain an updated tracker of all units: pending inspection, undergoing rectification, cleared for turnover, and actively renovating.
- Compile technical reports on recurring defect patterns to help the Construction Management Team improve upcoming building phases
- Serve as the main, empathetic point of contact for new owners and tenants, guiding them through the anxieties of moving into a new building.
