12–15 years of overall experience, with at least 8 years in technical program or project management delivering enterprise software or complex cross-functional programs. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • A track record of operating across both customer-facing and internal programs — not delivery execution alone. • Proven track record managing multiple concurrent delivery engagements to on-time completion in a customer-facing environment. • Strong working understanding of software deployment — servers, integrations, environments, authentication configuration, security hardening, go-lives, and version migrations — enough to plan the work and hold technical conversations with engineers and customers. • Demonstrated ability to own escalations and stay composed and credible under pressure. • Fluency with data — able to build and present crisp, insight-led updates for customers, Sales, Solution Consulting, and senior leadership. 4 • Hands-on experience with program/project tools (e.g., Atlassian, Miro, MS tools). • Excellent grasp of SDLC, deployment lifecycles, and agile methodologies. • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills across both technical and business audiences. • Experience working with financial-services clients (preferred).
