Job title: Technical Project Manager
About the Role The Launch Project Manager will lead and coordinate the product and packaging development for Logitech's gaming products, overseeing variations in product/package, packaging structure, graphics, and documentation from project start through MP/OSD. This role partners with global marketing, Design, and Engineering to develop and launch products and packages to manufacturers, ensuring alignment with project plans and quality targets.
What You'll Do
- Lead, manage, and coordinate product and package development for Logitech gaming products, including variations in product/package, packaging structure, graphics, and documentation from project start to MP/OSD.
- Partner with global marketing, Design, and Engineering to develop and launch products and packages to manufacturers.
- Ensure deliverables, schedule, and quality meet objectives defined in the Project Plan.
- Plan, schedule, prioritize, and drive packaging structure/graphic development activities; ensure PKG tasks are well managed.
- Develop SKU plans, master package configurations, BOM creation, and manage/release of packaged products.
- Collaborate with Localization teams in EU & AP to ensure accurate translations and on-time delivery to meet schedule and quality.
- Ensure the PKG structure/graphics meet expected CXR, OOBE quality, and mitigate issues.
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans, tracking progress to MP/OSD launch.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent English communication
- 5–7 years of project management experience
- PM experience in packaging/consumer electronics/digital & mobile devices or accessories with cross-functional teams and new product development
- Knowledge of PM standards and methodologies from concept to commercialization
- Experience working with functional teams in a global environment
- Ability to lead and manage technical project development from NPI to stable manufacturing
- Ability to develop a comprehensive project development timeline using appropriate tools
- Understanding of Bills of Materials and change management
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and cloud-based tools
