About the Role
Carter Synergy is recruiting a Technical Project Manager – Heat Pumps & HVAC to join its Building Services Division in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on delivering heat pump and HVAC projects across the division, coordinating technical delivery from inception to completion.
What You'll Do

Lead and manage technical projects related to heat pumps and HVAC systems within the Building Services Division.

Develop project plans, schedules and budgets; monitor progress, risks and issues to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and clients to ensure high-quality delivery and compliance with standards and safety requirements.

Liaise with stakeholders to capture requirements and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

Experience in building services project management or equivalent role.

Knowledge or experience with heat pumps and HVAC systems.

Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects across the United Kingdom.

CO2 & A2L experience is an advantage.
