Technical Project Manager

Role Overview

Our organization is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead initiatives from planning through successful delivery. This professional coordinates activities between technology, product, and project management teams across multiple lines of business. Daily responsibilities include facilitating collaboration, triaging project issues, and maintaining accurate tracking documentation to support engineering and product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical project activities across various product and engineering teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.

• Maintain comprehensive RAID logs, intent logs, and detailed timelines within project management tools.

• Facilitate project meetings, document key decisions, and publish actionable meeting minutes.

• Triage, track, and monitor technical issues to ensure swift and effective resolution.

• Provide clear weekly status updates on project progress, risks, and milestones to stakeholders.

• Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional training in project management.

• Experience: Successful track record of leading technical projects with experience supporting engineering and product teams. Proven ability to use data and analytics to drive decisions and solve complex business problems, including familiarity with data exchange, databases, and ETL concepts.

• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and collaborative workspaces like Google Drive Suite. Recognized industry certifications such as PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma are required.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Professional background working within the engineering or financial services sectors.

• Five or more years of experience managing complex technical projects in hybrid Agile and Waterfall environments.
