Job Summary
Ellit Groups is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead technical readiness and deployment activities for a large-scale urgent care go-live scheduled for January 18, 2027. This role will be responsible for conducting gap analyses, managing technology inventory, coordinating desktop deployments, and providing general technical project management support leading up to the go-live. From January 18 through April 1, 2027, the Technical Project Manager will lead the deployment of peripheral devices across 27 markets throughout Texas. This individual will manage project timelines, track deliverables, identify risks, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure all technical components are ready for successful deployment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing complex technical projects and deployments.
- Experience conducting gap analyses and assessing technical readiness.
- Experience managing technology inventory, desktop deployments, and peripheral device deployments.
- Strong project planning, scheduling, risk management, and issue-resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams across geographically dispersed locations.
- Experience coordinating technical teams, operational stakeholders, vendors, and project resources.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and status updates.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting healthcare IT implementations or clinical technology deployments.
- Experience supporting urgent care, ambulatory, or healthcare facility go-lives.
- Experience leading large-scale, multi-market deployment initiatives.
- Project Management Professional certification or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience working with geographically dispersed teams and deployment locations.
