About the Role
Join ZF as a Technical Project Management Engineer under the FutureStarter program. This role acts as the technical interface to customers, manages engineering deliverables to meet time, cost, and quality milestones, and leads engineering activities within projects, including COEMs (semi-active/active suspension). What You'll Do

Act as technical interface to the customer

Ensure engineering deliverables are delivered on time, cost, and quality according to the project milestones

Lead the Engineering function review during project development gate

Represent the project to stakeholders (Product Engineering, Customer, Project Management, Quality)

Lead and own all engineering activities within the project

Ensure Gate Reviews done first-time right-on time (including all sub-projects)

Project controlling of internal development budgets and reporting to management

Take care most of COEMs projects (Semi-active / active suspension) What We're Looking For
-
Min. 3 years design experience with automotive business, knowledge about passenger car requirement

Bachelor or master’s in mechanical engineering or vehicle engineering

English: listening, speaking, reading and writing ability

Proficiency in Pro/E and MS Office software

Knowledge in automotive engineering, technical calculation, especially in chassis, knowledge in mechanics, shock absorber

Strong analytical skills and good communication abilities

Dispositions and solid motivation to learn and develop one’s skills concerning technical knowledge.
