About the Role Take on a new challenge and apply your technical and innovative expertise in a cutting-edge field within high-speed train systems. You’ll work with engineering and project teams to validate development plans, manage interfaces, and support industrial teams during initial train assembly, ensuring the quality of schematics and software for TGV projects. What You'll Do
- Validate the application of development, configurations, validation, and management plans.
- Ensure software quality requirements are met and coordinate team responsibilities.
- Supervise the quality of schematics, equipment, and software.
- Oversee the planning and execution of design reviews and verifications.
- Deliver engineering results, such as specifications, functional design descriptions, and electrical schematics, in line with commitments.
- Manage interfaces and track subsystems (e.g., electrical components, PACIS, CCTV).
- Maximize standardization and leverage previous project learnings.
- Support industrial teams during the initial train assembly and validation zones during testing phases. What We're Looking For
- Degree in Engineering.
- Significant practical experience (at least 10 years) in designing and developing control systems (e.g., Control Build, Matlab/Simulink, Matrix or similar tools) and electrical schematics.
- Knowledge of network topologies and communication interfaces.
- Experience in team management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
