Technical Project Leader
Your tasks
Job Description:
- Serve as the primary technical interface during project development, responsible externally for confirming customer requirements, resolving technical issues, and coordinating external resources; internally collaborate with project managers and other team members to develop project plans, advance development progress, and coordinate internal R&D resources.
- Create product design documentation based on customer requirements.
- Act as the main technical interface during project quotation, liaising with domestic and international R&D teams to confirm technical feasibility and estimate development man-hours.
- During market expansion, serve as the R&D liaison to customers, conducting technical promotion, market research, and forward-looking analysis.
- Complete internal technical milestone releases.
- Define project R&D goals (financial, scheduling and quality goals)
- Setup an initial project plan in accordance with the BU's valid processes (phases, deliverables, milestones/ ERs, etc.)
- Track the project progress, define corrective measures if deviating form the plan
- Install and perform professional change management
- Perform risk assessment, control and steer the implementation of risk measures
