About the Team & Mission
42dot PMO is responsible for managing various technical projects for SDV platform development and coordinating across development organizations to ensure stable integration of vehicle software and hardware platforms.
Technical Program Manager (Software) leads technical projects focused on integration between vehicle and cloud services. Works with vehicle ECUs, cloud services, and network infrastructure to support technical decisions and ensure coordinated operation of multiple systems.
This role handles HW and Embedded SW integration for main vehicle ECUs, and coordinates sub controllers, each ECU’s application and embedded SW.
Responsibilities
- AP and MCU based SW issues and development schedule management
- Overall SW technical development schedule management
- Define and coordinate cross-organizational technical decisions and collaboration
- Manage schedules, risks, and dependencies of complex technical projects
- Coordinate technical issues arising during system integration
- Coordinate vehicle platform function integration and testing
- Manage issues in events such as DV, PV and ASPICE, and vehicle unit testing
Qualifications

Experience in vehicle development, AP experience or Technical Project Management

Experience driving software integration projects with multiple organizations

System requirements definition and technical specification writing

Proficiency with Confluence, Jira

Experience in technical problem solving and fault analysis

Experience across multiple domain development and management

Preferred Qualifications

Autonomous driving, IVI experience or SDV development

HW/SW integration project experience

FMEA, ISO26262, ASPICE, cybersecurity experience

Understanding of external communications such as CAN and Ethernet switch control

Understanding of vehicle OTA and diagnostics
