Technical Program Manager - Texas
- Lead and manage technical programs related to branded card products (e.g., new product launches, new features, enhancements, digital wallets like Apple Pay).
- Drive projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budget.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, QA, Prof team, Risk and compliance to ensure clear deliverables, coordination
- Coordinate with various stakeholders from the engineering, compliance, and design teams to ensure deliverables
- Develop and maintain project roadmaps, timelines, and dependency trackers.
- Manage risks and issues, escalating as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Facilitate communication and alignment across multiple teams.
- Track and report project progress to stakeholders.
