Job title: Technical Program Manager
About the Role A high-impact Technical Program Manager (TPM) to own the delivery of a large-scale, enterprise-grade platform. This role is accountable for end-to-end execution of complex, cross-cutting initiatives spanning application services, platform infrastructure, and operational readiness, operating at the platform level to drive alignment, execution rigor, and risk management across senior engineering and product leadership.
What You'll Do
- Lead platform-level initiatives across multiple domains, ensuring ecosystem pieces move in lockstep.
- Build and track program milestones and critical paths using Jira, ensuring transparency for all stakeholders.
- Facilitate design reviews and delivery readiness checkpoints via Confluence, maintaining documentation and decision logs.
- Identify and mitigate integration, scalability, and operational risks to avoid impact on platform stability.
- Manage transition from development to production, ensuring operational handoff and post-launch stabilization.
What We're Looking For
- Primary Skills: 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Engineering Leadership; history of owning platform-scale, multi-team programs with significant business impact.
- Strong technical depth to engage with senior engineers on system architecture, interfaces, and trade-offs.
- Platform-Level TPM expertise; cross-functional execution across App Services, Infrastructure, Data, etc.
- Distributed Systems Architecture: cloud-native, microservices, HA patterns.
- Dependency & Risk Management: identifying complex critical paths and mitigating risks.
- Executive Alignment and Strategic Roadmap Translation: ability to translate strategy into executable plans.
- Ambiguity Navigation: operating effectively in high-impact, ambiguous environments with minimal guidance.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 130,000 - 150,000 USD annually.
