About the Role
Live Nation's Media & Sponsorship division is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive the day-to-day execution and coordination of technical initiatives supporting the continued growth of the Setlist.fm platform. This role serves as the operational bridge between product leadership and external development partners, ensuring that roadmap priorities are translated into structured delivery plans and that multiple technical workstreams stay aligned and on track.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable operating in ambiguity, and effective at communicating across technical and non-technical audiences. This role partners closely with the Product Owner, Project Manager, and external engineering vendors in a small, fast-moving team environment where flexibility and self-direction are essential. What You'll Do

Drive day-to-day technical execution and delivery coordination for the Setlist.fm platform, including feature development, site improvements, and bug resolution across external vendor teams.

Serve as the primary point of contact for the external development team, managing priorities, clarifying technical requirements, and ensuring consistent delivery against roadmap goals.

Translate product and business requirements into well-scoped technical tasks, milestones, statements of work, and delivery plans in close partnership with product leadership.

Coordinate and manage additional technical vendors and contractors across related initiatives such as data infrastructure, reporting dashboards, and web development projects.

Maintain visibility into timelines, risks, dependencies, and quality standards across all technical workstreams, proactively flagging issues. What We're Looking For
