We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to join our web team.

We are looking for an expert Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic web team. As the operational backbone of the team, you will be a pivotal member of the web strategy team, responsible for structuring, managing, and executing our portfolio of web projects. You will ensure our web development and content initiatives are delivered efficiently, on time, and to the highest standard. This role requires a master of process, a skilled communicator, and a strategic thinker to build an operational ecosystem that is scalable, transparent, and impactful.

As a Technical Program Manager you will . . .

  • Develop and manage the end-to-end lifecycle for all web projects, from initial intake and scope definition to planning, execution, quality assurance, and final delivery.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on project management, implementing and optimizing a hybrid of Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies to best fit the needs of various projects and team workflows.
  • Act as the primary tool administrator for our project management stack, including expert-level configuration and management of Jira and ClickUp.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners —including developers, designers, content creators, and marketing stakeholders—and our Senior Web Strategist to align on project goals, creative and technical requirements, and timelines.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve our web operational governance model to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality across all projects.
  • Manage the web team's roadmap, facilitate prioritization, and oversee resource allocation to ensure strategic goals are met.
  • Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions.
  • Utilize data and analytics to report on project velocity, team performance, and operational efficiency, identifying opportunities for process improvements.

To be a Technical Program Manager at JFrog you need . . .

  • 5-7+ years of experience in program or technical project management, with a strong focus on managing complex web projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expert-level knowledge and proven success implementing and managing Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall project management processes.
  • A deep understanding of the web project lifecycle, including both the technical and creative requirements needed to bring digital experiences to life.
  • Exceptional proficiency with modern project management tools, specifically Jira and ClickUp, with a strong ability to configure workflows, build dashboards, and train users.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex operational needs into clear, actionable plans.
  • A data-driven and process-oriented mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement and optimizing team workflows for maximum efficiency and quality.

WHAT JFROG CAN OFFER…

  • At JFrog, base salary is only one component of our compensation package.
  • This position has a base salary range of $130k - $150k. Base salary will be based on your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
