About our client:
Our client is a leading genetics and diagnostic health testing global company looking for a Technical Program Manager to join their growing technical program team.
Responsibilities
- Working with a cross-disciplinary team including engineering design, product verification and test, operations, and sales & marketing to deliver a quality product
- Establishing objectives and assignments and implements goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures; monitors and evaluates process effectiveness; effects changes required for improvement
- Planning and managing new product development projects from conception through transfer to manufacturing, including management of the product development process, time-integrated planning for qualification and customer sampling, and transfer to production
- Ensuring design for manufacturability and stability
- Assisting in operations and maintenance issues, troubleshooting and problem solving as required
- Assuring products quality, reliability, and safety to meet electronic and medical device testing requirements
- Overseeing the teams of internal and external supplier quality, suppliers audit and training, quality system management, process quality control
Job Requirements
-
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent. MBA or advanced degree highly preferred

Minimize 3 years’ experience in managing hardware engineering team as well as designing and managing project timelines

Knowledge in Lean Six Sigma is a plus

Excellent in English & Mandarin is a best

Hardware consumer product development experience is a must
-
Strong internal communication with those related departments, including internal stakeholder expectation management.

Experience in working in the medical device or Healthcare field is a plus
-
Good understanding of change management or product life cycle management software

Ability to work cross-functionally with an interdisciplinary team
